Utility room: Washer dryer, microwave, large fridge and large freezer, ironing board
Bathroom/shower room: Bath, shower, WC, basin, charger socket.
Shower room: Double walk in shower, WC and basin.
Door to enclosed courtyard: outside shower, ample storage space for surfboards and drying rail for wetsuits. Steps down to beach gate .

Carparking :
Brantwood visitors have the benefit of one dedicated carparking space for their use while staying at Brantwood. It is an easy 5 to 10 minute walk from the house. (see Ts and Cs.)
Please note :
Any booking is for a minimum of 7 nights, with the new week starting each Saturday (variations may be made for Christmas and new year bookings).
This property has two double bedrooms and one children’s twin bedroom (with 2 adult size single beds).
Please note that we do not accept bookings from groups of six adults (please contact the owner before booking if in doubt).
Maximum 6 guests.
No smoking and no pets.
